This giveaway is hosted by Pro Standard and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms.

By participating, you agree to the following terms:

Definition of NBA Entities

NBA Properties, Inc., the National Basketball Association (the "NBA"), and the NBA member teams (collectively, the "NBA Entities").

Eligibility

  • Open to US residents only
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No purchase necessary to enter or win
  • Employees of the NBA Entities, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win the promotion.

How to Enter

Participants must complete all of the following:

  • Follow @prostandard and @nbastore on Instagram & Like the official giveaway post
  • Comment your favorite Knicks moment on the giveaway post

Giveaway Period

  • Giveaway opens on Wednesday, June 3, 2026
  • Ends Friday, June 5, 2026 at 3 PM ET
  • One (1) winner will be selected at random and announced by 8:30 PM ET on June 5, 2026 via Pro Standard's Instagram Story and/or the original post

Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a 1-of-1 Pro Standard Knicks jacket autographed by Knicks player Jose Alvarado, sourced from the NBA Store
  • Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other products

Winner Selection

  • Winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries
  • Fake, bot, or spam accounts will be disqualified
  • Pro Standard will never ask for payment or sensitive personal info to claim a prize

Limitation of Liability

The NBA Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winner or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize and/or participation in this promotion.

Right of Publicity Release

Participants in this promotion (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that the NBA Entities and their designees and assigns may use the participant's name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification.

Winner Release

Winner (a) verifies his or her identity and allows for the use of his/her name and likeness (Right of Publicity) by NBA Properties, Inc. ("NBAP") and Pro Standard with no further compensation; and (b) agrees to release NBAP and Pro Standard from any claims or damages that might arise in connection with the contest, sweepstakes, or promotion.

By entering, you release Instagram, Pro Standard, and NBA Store from any responsibility and agree to Instagram's terms of use. By signing up, you agree to receive marketing emails from Pro Standard and NBA Store (you can unsubscribe at any time). Pro Standard reserves the right to disqualify entries or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason.
