At Pro Standard, our ordering and fulfillment systems are fully automated. Orders begin processing immediately upon placement. For this reason, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances.

 

All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, edited, or combined once placed — regardless of the reason or time elapsed since purchase.

 

1. All sales are final

Once an order is placed, it is immediately routed to our fulfillment center and cannot be stopped, intercepted, or canceled. This applies universally, regardless of when the cancellation request is made or the reason provided.

 

If you have reconsidered a purchase, please wait to receive your package and initiate a return through our standard Return Policy once the item arrives. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and passes our Quality Control inspection.

 

2. No order modifications

Once an order is placed, no changes of any kind can be made. This includes, without exception:

  • Size, color, style, or item changes
  • Adding or removing products from an existing order
  • Combining or splitting orders
  • Shipping address or shipping method changes
  • Billing information changes
  • Application of discount codes, promotions, or rewards not applied at checkout

If you need a different size, color, or style, please wait to receive your original order and initiate a return in accordance with our Return Policy. A new order may be placed at any time, subject to availability.

 

Please review your cart, sizing, shipping address, and billing details carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you confirm all information is accurate and accept the terms of this policy.

 

3. Accidental duplicate orders

We understand that accidental duplicate orders may occasionally occur due to double submissions, page errors, or connectivity issues. However, because our fulfillment process is fully automated, we are unable to cancel or void any order once placed — including duplicates.

 

If you placed a duplicate order, please wait to receive both packages and then initiate a return for the unwanted item(s) through our standard Return Policy. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and passes our Quality Control inspection in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Eligibility criteria.

 

To reduce the risk of duplicate orders, wait for your order confirmation email before placing a second order. If you did not receive a confirmation, check your spam folder before attempting to repurchase.

 

4. Unauthorized or fraudulent charges

If you believe an order was placed on your account without your authorization, please take the following steps immediately:

  • Contact your bank or card issuer to report the unauthorized transaction and request a dispute or chargeback.
  • Notify our Customer Support team at info@teamprostandard.com with your order number and a brief description of the situation. Our team will fully cooperate with any investigation initiated by your financial institution.

Pro Standard takes fraudulent activity seriously and works actively with financial institutions to resolve unauthorized charge disputes. However, we are unable to cancel orders or issue refunds directly for fraud claims — these must be processed through your bank or payment provider.

 

5. Incorrect shipping information

Customers are solely responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Because orders begin processing immediately, we are unable to update or correct shipping addresses after an order has been placed.

 

If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, the order will be processed as a customer-initiated return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and additional shipping fees will apply if the customer requests reshipment.

 

6. Post-shipping protocol

Once an order has been assigned a tracking number or marked as "In Transit," no further intervention is possible. Pro Standard cannot intercept, redirect, halt, or modify shipments. Customers must receive the package and, if applicable, initiate a return through our standard Return Policy.

 

7. Customer support

Our Customer Support team is available to assist with order status inquiries, tracking questions, returns, and product information. Please note that agents are not authorized to cancel or modify orders under any circumstances.
